Usage policy

The motifs of the stamps, punches, stamps, craft papers and deco tapes of the KNORR prandell and HEYDA brands are protected by copyright and can be used for individual hand-crafted creative works in a smaller scale, for example, at craft markets.

Therefore, we hereby grant a limited licence for the use of our stamp, punch, craft paper and deco tape motifs, to produce self-designed objects for sale, under the conditions stated below:

1. The hand-crafted works for sale must be produced by the seller, individually and personally, and must not be reproduced or photocopied in any form, that is neither graphically nor electronically or mechanically. Any mass production is forbidden.
    
2. All the motifs of our stamps, punches, craft papers and deco tapes are protected by copyright, which means that they must not be copied without permission.
    
3. Manually produced works may be offered for sale in small quantities, for example, at craft markets or in stores/on the internet. When these creative works are sold, the seller must clearly state that these works were produced by him/her personally by hand. The seller must state the fact that he/she used products from KNORR prandell or HEYDA to design his/her craft work. It is not allowed to use the brand logos for the sole purpose of promoting sales in connection with craft work.
    
4. Any sale of digital files containing KNORR prandell or HEYDA motifs is forbidden.
